Joseph C. Ulibarri is a Ph.D. student in Economics at the University of New Mexico focusing on Environmental and Natural Resource Economics. He graduated with a B.A. in Economics from UNM, and a M.B.A. in Finance and Strategy from the University of Colorado, Boulder. A former Army Combat Engineer Officer, Joseph serves as a Senior Financial Analyst for the Renewable Energies Group at Sandia National Laboratories. Joseph is married to Sarena Ulibarri, has two corgis, enjoys (affordable) wine, and is waiting for the Raiders to return to greatness.
