Xuanhao He is a doctoral candidate in economics at the University of New Mexico. He has taught both Introductory Macroeconomics (online) and Introductory Statistics & Econometrics.

His research interest lies in the financing and organization of healthcare systems. In particular, he is interested in the role of financial incentives for providers and patients, health insurance, and competition in the healthcare market. Besides his interest in health economics, he has conducted non-market valuation studies using the hedonic pricing method (HPM).
