Econ Grad Students Rock UNM Research and Discovery Week

The "Economic Research For a Better New Mexico" poster session during the 2025 UNM Research and Discovery Week was a great success.  Ten Economics graduate students presented their research, and the turnout and engagement were excellent.

In another Research Week event hosted by the UNM Accelerating Resilience Innovations in Drylands (ARID) Institute , Economics graduate students Ziqing Xie and Jane Sawerengera took first place for their poster, “A Dynamic Bioeconomic Model for Aquaponic Farms.”
