Rex is a Ph.D. student in Economics at The University of New Mexico focusing on development and policy economics with health outcomes. He has a Bachelors of Commerce degree (Finance Major) from Kenyatta University in Kenya, Certification in Public Accounting from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya, and an MBA (International Business Major) from the University of Memphis in Memphis, TN. He is interested in research on poverty alleviation, health and nutrition outcomes especially for marginalized communities and developing countries. He is originally from Kenya, is married to a lovely wife and they are blessed with a lovely son. His hobbies include swimming, playing basketball and watching mastermind-based movies.
